Our Mission

The Human Heart Project exists to help you understand and navigate your inner world with greater clarity, compassion, and purpose.

We believe emotional health is an essential part of human formation and discipleship. By learning to name, befriend, and lead your internal experiences, you can respond to life with greater peace and integrity. The Human Heart Project is here to guide that journey through education and coaching while integrating psychology, the Christian tradition, and practical application.

Gina Boeding

is the founder of The Human Heart Project, an initiative offering tools, mentorship, and formation to help individuals be better formed in what it means to be human. Rooted in a Christian understanding of the human person, Gina’s work integrates psychological insight with spiritual and emotional formation to support lasting transformation in mind and heart.

Before founding The Human Heart Project, Gina served four years as a FOCUS missionary and team director, walking closely with young adults in their spiritual and personal development. Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Loras College and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University. Her formation is enriched by programs from Metanoia Catholic and Souls & Hearts, which emphasize interior integration and human formation within the Christian tradition.

Gina’s passion is to help others find healing, clarity, and resilience in the pursuit of wholeness, all by discovering a deeper relationship with God and a greater understanding of themselves. As The Human Heart Project’s lead coach, she hopes to walk with you toward greater freedom from the inside out.
